Entries accepted: Thursday, October 8, 2026, 7 pm to 9 pm and Friday, October 9, 2026, 9 am to 12 noon.
Articles must not be removed until closing, Monday, October 12, 2026 at 5.00 pm.
● All food must be covered.
● Baked goods should be removed from pans and displayed on small sturdy plates and put into clear plastic bags.
● Cakes should be on foil covered square approx. 3 cm larger than exhibit unless otherwise stated. No mixes.
● Entry tags to be stapled to bottom right corner of bag.
● Preserves to be in a sealed clean glass jar not less than 8 oz/250ml with new lid and ring.
● Jars of preserves - headspace not to exceed one quarter inch.

DORCHESTER FAIR OAAS BUTTER TART COMPETITION:
25. OAAS Butter Tarts Competition
3 Butter Tarts (no fruit, no nuts, no raisins, no pecans) to be submitted for judging at Dorchester Fair.
Entry must be made solely by the person entering the competition including the pastry.
The size of the tarts must be full size tarts. (No mini or bite size tarts).
Winner will be eligible to enter the District 13 Competition.
