JUNIOR CULINARY ARTS 2026

Entries accepted: Thursday October 8, 2026, 7 pm to 9 pm and Friday, October 9, 2026, 9 am to 12 noon.
Articles must not be removed until closing, Monday October 12, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
● All food must be covered.
● Baked goods to be removed from pans, displayed on small plates, and put into clear plastic bags.
● Cakes should be on foil covered square approx. 3 cm larger than exhibit. No mixes.
● Entry tags to be stapled to bottom right corner of bag.
JUNIOR A - UP TO 10 YEARS OF AGE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2026:
Prizes: 1st: $4, 2nd: $3, 3rd: $2
1. Edible Necklace threaded on a string or plastic lace.
2. Three (3) chocolate Fudgy Wudgie pieces - no bake
3. Three (3) Jumbo Marshmallows decorated
4. One (1) cupcake, decorated. In a clear plastic container.
5. One (1) decorated Rice Krispie Square 3"x3"
6. A small ziplock with a healthy snack inside. Six (6) items - cereals and dried fruit
JUNIOR B - 11-17 YEARS OF AGE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2026:
Prizes: 1st: $4, 2nd: $3, 3rd: $2
7. Three (3) No-bake Cookies of one variety, labelled.
8. Two (2) Baked Cookies with something in the centre. Maximum 3"
9. Two (2) Baked decorated monster cookies. At least 2".
10. Any bar - 3 pieces labelled
11. Two (2) muffins of your choice, no papers, labelled
12. Any homemade snack

DORCHESTER FAIR OAAS PLAIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE COMPETITION:
14. OAAS Plain Chocolate Chip Cookie Competition
Prizes: 1st: $5, 2nd: $4, 3rd: $3
Bake 4 plain chocolate chip cookies (NO NUTS), to be submitted for judging at Dorchester Fair.
Winner may be eligible to enter the District 13 Competition.
